Swater Flow Group, Inc., a manufacturer of comprehensive flow control products, purchased the industrial property at 11799 Jersey Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA from CMD Real Estate for $1.86 million, or $84 per square foot.

Built in 2007, the property sits on 2.24 acres located at the southwest corner of Jersey Blvd. and Rochester Ave. in San Bernardino County.
